The team at this location is nice but I absolutely hate the service from this company. I bought a prepaid plan with unlimited minutes but I am basically unable to make any calls because whenever I do I get sent to an automated voice message service that keeps complaining about my balance. I called customer support about this and they told me to fix it but that it would take 24 hours. 24 hours??? What is even the point of having a phone plan if I cannot make calls??? Absolutely ridiculous. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

The shop people have been great, the company it self terrible, my daughter moved to London and unsure of the plans, mis heard. And ended up paying £550.00 for one month that was suppose to be a £30 monthly plan.. when trying to deal with paying this bill, tried with multiple cards always got denied.. even though my card company said no transactions had come through was told it was my cards.. absolute terrible customer service on the phone, DO NOT GO WITH O2.. there are better and nicer cell companies.out there.. the £550 was a large chunk of my daughters budget for living and going to school in England... just a company taking advantage of a young women not sure of the plans..

Came to the branch to move from Voda to O2 in the summer: as someone who travels internationally every single week I asked the sales assistant if Hong Kong was included in the 75 countries package (so I don't pay anything extra), to which she said yes". I found out after the 14 day grace period that HKG isn't covered in the 75 countries package- I'm now hit with added bolt-ons every time I go to HKG.I've already complained to O2 about this and they have offered a pitiful "good will gesture of £20" for the inconvienience!Useless!"

Mis-sold me a PAYG sim not capable of 5G even after asking SEVERAL times for them to CONFIRM. Upon leaving the store I checked for myself on the o2 website which clearly mentions PAYG sim is 4G only. I returned to the store asking for a refund but refused - the best they could do was to cancel the sim and credit the account?! I just wanted my money back but they refused!
