The store is a reasonable size but the men's section is rather small. Worth trying the branch in town if you can't find what you want. Prices can be quite high, but there are regular sales and the quality of the clothing is good.

Just been to Fatface in Meadow Hall, I have to say a huge thank you to Erin! I asked for her name because of how wonderful she was with me, she helped me to match something from another shop. But it was the way she made me feel, I'm a new mum and I've been feeling awful in everything, she seemed very genuine and made me feel much better about myself! If anyone in Fatface reads these reviews I don't know what you pay her but she deserves a rise! If it wasn't for her today I wouldn't have purchased and I'd have continued feeling a bit rubbish! So thanks Erin! Xxx

Love fatface clothing it is a bit pricey but the quality is outstanding the store is set out perfectly the only reason I knocked a star off is the staff although very friendly they take it to another level and while serving you get into deep conversation about the rest of your day sorry fatface I just want to pay and get on my way but still love your clothes

Great clothes, always helpful staff. Nice clean, bright new shop. They even arrange free delivery or pick up at another branch if, like us you are shopping for presents. It's always a bonus to be able to see and touch the clothes before you buy.

Great customer care, very helpful, very respectfull.Was a young guy working on Wednesday 1/2 August, I didn't get his name. I'm 55+ and don't normally get such help in these kind of shops.

I'm a new fan of FatFace. Love their clothes. I bought something on Monday there too. They've got subtle, stylish xmas jumpers that you can wear all of autumn and winter.
