Steve (Plumbers Online) and Pete (Sureflame) removed our old bath and toilet replacing them with a new shower and toilet, replaced internal water pipes and fitted a new tap in our kitchen. They were brilliant, always cheerful, friendly, clean and tidy, explained what they were doing to us and referred to us when a decision needed to be made. They worked extremely hard with no long cigarette/coffee breaks to extend their time.If you need a plumbing/heating job done, phone these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Plumbers online set up a new watermain into my flat due to a problem with low water flow rate, and also installed a new shower and sink, and fixed a broken toilet. They were very professional, timely and I am really pleased with the work. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Boiler replacement and update to central heating system.Steve and Pete have done an absolutely amazing job. They kept us informed with what they were doing and were unfazed by the issues they encountered with our old pipes! They dealt with everything professionally and with good humour. They also fitted a new shower and shower screen for us which was not part of their original remit.They are punctual ,friendly, open and honest and leave everywhere clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them.

This turned out to be a major renovation as well as fitting a new combi boiler. Right from the first day Steve and Pete encountered difficult logistic situations and resolved these with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained each part of work that they undertook in a clear and concise way which gave us a lot of confidence whilst retaining their sense of humour, which we appreciated. The standard of their work can only be described as exceptional and carpets and floorboards that need to be taken were replaced perfectly. It was time to get a new boiler. The old one was struggling. Steve and one other came round, removed the old boiler and installed the new one all in one day.As a bonus, they noticed the water pressure (flow rate) was really low. We agreed they would do this as an additional job, and they sorted it out.It was a great pleasure having them working here. Hugely efficient, very knowledgeable and competent, completing the job with minimal fuss.Highly recommended.Guy
