Went for a blood test. Nurse got blood was second appointment though.

Phoned ambulance for me. jokers at family surgery wouldn't even see me after my chemist phoned them to get me appointment !!!!! How do u change Dr's ?

Worst doctor clinic in Stockport.

Called the practice on my lunch time got the appointment straight away to see Dr Gupta. Diagnosed me right away.Thank you and the team.

The doctor Gupta it’s very rude person , I wasn’t seen properly. She tell me I lost her time , and she tell me about people like me who want see doctor just loosing gp money and doktor time . I am going to complain to ministry of health .

Having just moved to the practice first impressions always matter and my first impression of this doctors is a good one. The staff on reception are warm and welcoming which makes you feel in good hands. The doctors are profession in every way and offer plenty of help and advice. I will be registering my partner and our new born son here soon.

Not even worth 1 star, very unprofessional . Never had a problem with my previous surgery since I registered with them been having problems. Don't go there I wouldn't recommend

Made a phone appointment for today at 9:50am to be sat waiting for almost 2 hours. Frustrated I phoned and asked what was going on to be told I was phoned at 9:52am but no one answered and apparently no message could be left. However I have received no call, no miss calls, or anything of the sort yet was still made to feel like I was lying. I explained that I think I have shingles and it's almost been three days since I got the rash which is getting worse etc. To then be told she can pass a message onto the doctor but it's up to him if he wants to phone me again. Soon as I said shingles you would think that I would of been offered to be be put through, or at absolute LEAST be offered another appointment yet nothing. I am sick of this practice making me feel absolutely awful everytime I phone, which isn't often but when done is because the service is truly needed. I'm in a severe amount of pain and discomfort but unfortunately they aren't bothered. They just expect me to sit around and hope that somehow I get a phone call to help with this problem.

Not got much faith in them, not long been with these doctors and already messing my prescriptions up, im ordering stuff and not sending through to chemist, i have to keep foning them up like i have nothing better to ne doing
