Worst tour bus I've ever been on. It's ridiculous to think that the coaches they sent out were acceptable to even leave the lot. No AC, no working entry door, Flooded bunks, bus was never cleaned inside, sheets changed 1 time in a month )after having long travel days and every night the heater magically turning on). And when then fans were on, there was no air flow l, I could blow through a straw harder than the air came out in the bunks. They should really be embarrassed at the quality of service they deem acceptable. It's kind of ironic that you call yourself Star Sleeper cause I'd give you no stars if it were on option.

The worst bus company I have had in all my years of touring. No air in the bus for the first few days. Bus driver lied and tried to tell us that is just how buses are in Europe. Once the air was fixed it only worked in the common areas not the bunks. A pipe burst in the roof of the bus and flooded the upstairs.Driver was rude, slammed the door in our faces when we tried to raise issues. He also left site with the bus without telling anyone.Sheets were washed once in a month long tour and that was 3 weeks in. Fridge did not work all the time and the food went bad.There was a sign in the bathroom asking to not flush every time you use the bathroom. Which caused the bathroom to stink.

Star sleepers owed by Derek Crosbie is the worst company for band bus, I know a few drivers who STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID, He hires people and then trys and blames them to fire them and not pay i know 1 driver he owes approx £2000+ too for wages another for £700+ i could go on, Also every bus he has has major defects? What do i mean by this, for you who dont know a driver goes around and does defects on a coach, there is a lot of bad major defects but because he just takes what he can he bluffs it and lies to tour mangers and leaders, every coach drivers have told me have broken down, HOW he stays open i dont knowIf your a band KEEP AWAY, he also over charges you i could name a few but he is horrible to bandsIf your a driver, Yeah he will take you on you may get paid for the 1st month or 2 but after this you wont he will say you scratched a bus or you caused damage to another vehicle or even blame you for anything JUST to try get out of paying youHe will also put you down as self employed an say to the courts you walked off the job just to try get around payingif any you drivers want paying then DONT USE this one, You will get 1 or 2 blue eyed boys who derek likes and knows personally who will say the drivers are lieing only people who are lieing is them. 0 out of 5 stars if possible,

The worst touring bus company I have ever had the displeasure of using. No working air conditioning, lies after lies about getting it fixed, bus had loads of defects, unfriendly drivers who don't know the meaning of driving smoothly, turn up late and try and drop us at the wrong place. Avoid like your life depends on it, because it does. - Update, except for Tony, hes a great driver, his bus was in much better condition and hes a real decent person. Sadly he still, doesnt quite make up for the pain we had to go through to get him.

Poorly maintained busses, Dangerous/unprofessional drivers, hard drives of Pirated films as your bus entertainment, broken down AC / non existent bunk AC, Luggage bays and doors left unlocked on streets, avoid avoid avoid

In nearly 20 years of touring, they are the absolute worst bus company I've ever dealt with. They asked the balance be paid before we landed in the UK (which we did) - only to land and find out they only had one bus for us when we needed two. They knew they only had one bus for us and still made this request which was unethical to say the least. Nearly 48 hours after landing in the UK, we finally received the second bus (which looked like it'd been taken from a junkyard a few days prior and rushed to make presentable"). A few days later

Absolutely the worse bus company I have ever had as a roadie. Driver, buses all of it is trash. No A/C on bus for multiple nights. Driver gave zero care for our comfort.
