Eden Vauxhall & Eurorepar Car service centre Bracknell

First experience the other day- very helpful friendly staff, good communication and a fresh, clean ambience inside. The way the services were clearly printed and explained before making the payment made it feel like an effortless experience- minus the lighter pocket!

Went into Vauxhall today, Saturday at 10:30am, had a slow puncture. Got it sorted in and out by 11am. Very professional, great service by Steve and very helpful lady behind the desk. Definitely my No1 choice going forward. Highly recommend and great value! He even tried to bump out a dent, which we didn’t request, going that extra mile for a customer on a Saturday!

This was originally a 5 star review, however I feel the need to downgrade this to 1 star after a very poor experience.I experienced an issue with my car, the RAC got me back on the road but said I needed a pipe replacing. I was going away with work so my wife ended up dealing with this. I told her to call Eden to get it sorted as servicing my car has always been smooth with them in the past.She called and was told it was unlikely to get sorted that week. Ok, fair enough, you can’t expect to get seen straight away.2 weeks later we still needed the part replacing so she called again and reception told her she needed to speak to parts. Parts then told her to call services, she went back to services, spoke to Jennifer who said she’d get a call back. No call came.She called again a couple days later and only got through to the contact centre, they put her through to the garage and she left a voicemail. Still no call back.She called again the next day and got through to Alisha. She again told her she needs to speak to the parts team. She was put on hold, spoke to the parts team who said they can’t speak to her and she needs to call servicing. My wife called back and spoke to Alisha and requested that she speak to the relevant departments to obtain a quote and a time frame and then call my wife back, Alisha assured her she would. It’s been 2 months and we are yet to receive a callback!!I must point out these calls took ages and ages, explaining every time what the issue is, only to be passed between department and department, just hitting a brick wall. Never before have I had to arrange anything with the parts department. Normally you get a quote and the garage sort it all out. How can a company make it this difficult to give them our business?In the end, after becoming fully exasperated with all this we ended up finding a local garage. Now I won’t take my car to Eden again. What’s the point in giving a garage your money for servicing only to find when you actually need them for a fault they are absolutely useless. Instead we’ve found a great local garage. They sorted the issue without any hassle and servicing with them is cheaper and more convenient.A long review but I wanted to be honest to anyone reading. Don’t waste your money with Eden, you can get much better customer service for cheaper elsewhere.

I have been with Eden Vauxhall for years with the annual service & MOT plan, and when my recently-purchased (from elsewhere) used Vauxhall suddenly presented some major issues, not only did Sandra patiently walk me through the list of things that needed doing, but she also looked for ways to make the whole big job as cost-effective as possible. It was all done immensely quickly as well, making the process less painful! Many thanks!

I have used Eden for nearly 4 years and they have been brilliant in all respects until a couple of weeks ago. My car displayed an engine management light, I took it in and Sandra was able to get the car looked at and fixed within two days which made my life a lot easier, thank you. After 2 weeks the car developed an odd noise, nothing drastic but I took it back on the Saturday morning and one of the technicians came out to the car and had a listen but wasn't really sure so advised me to pop back on Monday morning for one of the other technicians to listen who had worked on Vauxhalls a lot longer. I arrived first thing Monday and was advised by the guy on reception that they didnt do that sort of thing, very odd I thought? In a very begrudging and irritated way he came out and listened but said it could be the exhaust but again repeated that Eden didnt do that sort of thing and he was busy so booked my car in for later that week. I wasn't able to make the appointment but popped in to let them know. I told the same guy on reception that I had seen him earlier in the week and I had obviously agitated him but didnt get a response. I was hoping that there would be an explanation as to why he had been so unhelpful (we all have off days) but obviously I can only think that he was busy doing other things.As I said at the start Eden have been great, in fact brilliant as they have ALWAYS been extremely helpful but definitely not on this occasion!

Had to change a blown speaker after purchasing a second hand car from the dealership. It was covered by warranty as it was purchased like this. The part was genuine. Had to visit the garage twice. First for assessment and second for fitting. Job was quick and clean. Staff were grudging.

At first this place was incredible. Always happy to help and set high standards. These have dropped and honestly they take no blame.I had a service completed, during so I had a £15 scratch card stolen and a watch. When I questioned it (when I collected my car) they said no that doesn’t sound like us and said I needed video evidence to prove it.They also damaged my sensors in my tyres. I took the vehicle back in and said I was going shopping and I’ll leave my car. 4 1/2 hours later we returned to find the car hadn’t even be looked at. I was told to collect the keys and rebook as they had no time. The lady on the desk didn’t even say anything just kept talking in the phone and held the keys out. No apology no discussion.I have been promised a service book and that still hasn’t happened either. Safe to say that main dealers are as bad as I’ve been told and I will be cancelling my service plan and going to my local garage

Amazing service. I've just had my car's MOT done at Eden Bracknell and I could not have been happier. The staff are brilliant and very nice. The engineer once finished was happy to answer any questions that I had about my advisory too.Will only use these guys.

The staff at Eden Vauxhall are absolutely fantastic. When booking my car in for a repair the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and extremely helpful. The service staff looked at my car straightaway when I brought it in and I was in and out of the office very quickly.

I only just found this place, although it had been there for many years. Made appointment for a Corsa recall. Estimate was 1 hour, but they finished in less than 20 minutes. I decided to stay in their waiting room enjoying free tea and free WiFi, while watching TV. Seats in the waiting room are quite comfortable. Once the car was done, they presented me a document with results of the free, but comprehensive checks they did. Brilliant idea.Will definitely take the car to this garage for the next service.
