Woodlands Nursery

This nursery is exceptional across the board. Our son has absolutely loved going there, five days a week. The staff they recruit are involved, warm and so attentive. They’re hyper vigilant in terms of safeguarding and health and safety too (which I love). Great menu and healthy eating every day. They are very regular with updates on what the kids are up to, and regularly arrange visitors and go on walks. My favourite thing of all is the relationship the teachers have with my son — if we can’t be with him all day, we’re happy he’s with them. We have always been sure he’s with people who genuinely care about him.We are truly so, so sad to leave and will forever be thankful for his time at Woodlands.

This seems like a nice nursery and we were keen to view it. Covid 19 got in the way. However, the £30 cash admin fee to check if they will have availability was what put us off. It seems unusual and costly if they turn out not to have a space.Edit: Thanks for your reply, I was told it was not a deposit but just a cash payment for telling me if there would be space. Was this misunderstood?
