I used to like it here, but unpleasant situations happened twice in a row.- the cappuccino was like a latte with huge foam, the baristas were cleaning up behind the counter and were not very interested in making the coffee tasty- I asked for two cappuccinos, but they counted three in my order. I didn't notice, but when I told them about it, they didn't refund my money.

Fantastic coffee. Friendly safe, very skilled baristas. Small, beautiful design and bonuses: they have a bathroom and AC. Best coffee I’ve had in the area. Also, they’re espresso machine is a masterpiece, so stunning. You’ll see what I mean.

Really good coffee with such a great decor, personal preference for the both really. But I loved both so much and would happily go back for another dose of caffeine any day.

All of my reviews, the service is one of the most impt things. But this coffee shop, I was not pleased. 2 staffs were there. There’s only Vegan Banana cakes on display, I can’t find any pastry??? But then I realised when I nearly finished having my coffee and vegan banana cake (which was very visible just in front as you ordered) I heard the barista asking the customer if he wants to try in a very friendly voice “Cinnamon bun?” so I looked at them the bun was inside a Box. But why did she only ask him, and why I don’t know. Must be selective… It’s a shame the coffee was really good. I ordered Oat flat white btw. But, no I’m not coming back. It’sMore of like they prefer takeaways though bec the place is kind of like uncomfortable for drink in. That’s my personal opinion.

Great coffee (my go to is large latte) and they do the best cinnamon bun in town... but they never have them, not even on days when they're supposed to, that's weird.Great environment, beautifully decorated, has a bathroom :D

Coffee? Great, the rest of my experience was awful... It felt like walking into somebody else's living room. The only people who I could hear was the staff discussing personal matters that I didn't need to know. I asked for a cappuccino and a tea, which was served in a cappuccino cup. The cappuccino was served without chocolate powder, no questions asked about how we wanted it, and served without a spoon, so there's no need of cleaning it afterwards I suppose. I asked for some pastry, I was waiting for it and after 5 min of waiting when I asked for it the staff told me that I had to pick it up out of a jar. Strikingly poor service.My advice would be ask for coffee to take away, don't expect anything else.

Fantastic new addition to Hampstead with great speciality coffee.I had a great experience at their new Hampstead location on a Sunday bank holiday weekend.Coffee was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised as I had visited their other locations and did not have a positive experience, namely their Chelsea location.Happy to come back soon!Follow me on Google Maps for more coffee reviews!

Stopped by for a quick drink, was pleasantly surprised at the selection of coffees. The iced chai was wonderful, the service even better! Many thanks to Nancy for the drinks. Will be back again for sure.

This new branch of Hagen is my favorite so far :) the cafe is a small one so there are only few seats available (and the chairs are all high chairs so not very comfy) but the coffee was great and also the brownie was really tasty. they also have some protein enhanced desserts at the counter.
