I came here looking for a PR valve for my glow worm boiler. The guy behind the counter (I think his name was Neil) Refused to serve me though. He just screamed that I was trying to steal his soul. We asked to see the manager but he didn't appear for some time. When he did decide to address is he was carrying a holy water sprinkler and a crucifix and would not stop chanting ”may the power of Christ compel you”The Missus was quite upset and we ended up going to Screwfix.

I would not give them any stars if I didn't have to...my only experience with J B BOILER Services, is when a J B Boiler service transit van started tailgating me and then came alongside and rammed me forcing me to get out of the way, The van then spend away, I followed trying twice to stop him, the second time I got out my car to stop him and he tried to run me over....The drivers name is Jonathan Broadey who works for this company... Superb service - My mains water valve failed completely leaving the kitchen flooded . JB Services attended within 10 minutes and within 30 minutes the valve was replaced. And charge was nominal. I don't normally leave reviews BUT service was so good that I had to.

Johnny installed my complete heating system from the ground up. Everything went smoothly and to budget. 3 years on and it still doesn't miss a beat. Had no issues with it whatsoever. johnny is a first class plumber and i highly recommend him.
