Personal Training & Coaching With Plamen
From day 1 you can tell that Plamen is fully invested in your fitness goals. He takes the time aside to look into all concepts of your training including, sleep and diet. He would often send video messages to feedback on your performance which adds a personalised touch. Plamen will always seek to improve by asking me about areas I’m struggling with and developing solutions to overcome them. I’d recommend Plamen to anyone regardless of ability, as his training plans are personally tailored to the client.

-I have been going to the gym in the last 6 years, however within the last year I have taken this up more seriously and tried to gain muscle mass. In the last 6 months I have reached a peak in how much I can potentially lift, therefore at this point I needed something to boost my capacity to lift heavier weights. I decided to take up Plamen's PT sessions to see if I could go beyond my capability and learn from an established body builder.My goal was to increase my strength and muscle mass through Plamen's PT sessions, 4 weeks into it, I have noticed an increase in my physical size (especially biceps) and I have been able to move quickly onto much more heavier weights. Now my goal is to work towards achieving my nutrition goals so I can better enhance my physicality in the gym.So far I have been able to increase my front squat lifts and my bicep lifts quite considerably, where, I am now comfortable squatting on individual legs and conditioning my biceps into doing some enduring sets. This has been thanks to Plamen's innovative workout plan feature, using his advice and technology to help me to determine how much I should lift on the next exercise, how many reps, how many sets and how long my rest period should be.My advice to any new client is to go in with an open mind and listen to Plamen's feedback, embrace using technology in the workouts. It's definitely a real positive working with Plamen because he's always on hand to help me, and goes above and beyond expectations with ensuring I am reaching my goals. As Plamen can always see my progress from a previous workout (using technology), he always give feedback as to how I can better improve my next workout.

Before I started with Plamen I did not have an exercise routine. I always tried different diets with none of them working for me. Me and my partner were getting married in 6 months and wanted to get into shape to look good for our big day. We signed up to a free 30 minute taster session with Plamen and we just clicked straight away. Believe me I’ve tried a few different personal trainers and there is just something so different and fresh with Plamen’s ethos. He does not push you over your limit or to the point where you dread going for your next session. He listens and learns your limits and brings you to them and keeps you there and once he sees improvement he will push you a bit more. I am over doubling my weights now to when I first started Crazy. 6months down the line I dropped 3 suit sizes and my wife fitted into her wedding dress and we were so happy. It was a big decision whether to continue with the training as we have a lot less money after still paying off the wedding. Really it was a easy one. We are still continuing with the personal training. It really is not that much when you think what you get. Personal training, nutritional information, meal plans, weekly and monthly goals and advise whenever you need it. When we first started we were not exercise lovers but we now look forward to our gym sessions 3 times a week. I feel better than I ever have, my clothes are fitting again and I have so much more energy. My advise to anyone else is don’t hesitate book with Plamen today.

The whole experience of working with Plamen has been great! Plamen took into consideration all of my needs in terms of fitness plan and did everything to make my workout programme customised to myself. Throughout the weeks any questions or concerns I had, Plamen addressed them all and gave me loads of advice and most importantly, motivated me massively. I had been going to gym for a year without any instruction and felt that I had reached a plateau and wasn't making progress.I noticed different trainers working with clients over the year, and liked Plamen's approach. He is very personable and easy to get long with and has a low key but effective way of encouraging clients to make progress without you feeling you are being pushed too hard.I have made more progress in four months working with Plamen than a year on my own. He put together a very comprehensive training programme which I enjoy and has made a difference to me physically. I hadn't understood well enough that I should keep pushing to make progress and that is one of the key things I learned from Plamen which really changed my mindset and approach to going to the gym. One of my other main goals was to loose weight. I did make some progress but not as much as I would like but that is my responsibility and I can't hold Plamen responsible for that. I highly recommend Plamen to anyone thinking about joining the gym but maybe being too intimidated to do so, or others like me who reached a plateau and need a nudge and some direction to get to the next level. I had been going to the gym couple of days a week, doing different types of exercises and cardio, however, without any set targets or goals until I met Plamen. Since day one he was very friendly and approachable and I could see how motivated and inspiring he was (and is). After a chat with Plamen I decided to start the programme with him as the way he explained the whole journey towards the goals in full details, I had no doubts that I can achieve something incredible like never before. My main goals were to get leaner, get rid of body fat around my belly, waist and hips, and become stronger and healthier. After a couple of months, the programme and nutritions target set up by Plamen had a huge impact on me in terms of the weight, measurements, body shape and overall feeling - became more active and healthier. Seeing the differences of my body in the pictures before and after the programme motivated me to maximise my abilities to achieve my goals. Additionally, I came up with new goals such as improve my flexibility and develop my new eating habits - starting to enjoy healthier products and stick to the nutrition targets which are easily achievable. My greatest achievement was a huge drop in my waistline and hips leading to change my wardrobe one size down. Also, I was very impressed with my lower body shape, highlighted muscles on my legs and glutes. Overall body shape changed and it was impressive as I noticed all the positive differences in a very short period of time.If you wondering whether to start the fitness programme, set new goals or/and become healthier - I would honestly recommend Plamen as a PT to start your new journey. This is my first programme set up by PT in my life and I could not be any happier with that. If you not sure what goals you want to achieve or not sure whether to start the programme, Plamen is the right person to talk with and discuss your aims, issues etc. as he will hear you and will adapt to your lifestyle in order to help you to achieve whatever you want.I am extremely satisfied with my journey towards my fitness goals as exercising became a huge part in my life and that would not be present without Plamen's help.
