Lovely beach at the end of a road with passing places. About 10 car spaces on the road and 30 pay and display. £3 for 4 hours at time of writing. Set the sat navigation for Brenar Beach public toilets and Park there. Walk up the boardwalk turn left noting the marker pole for the way back. Some dog restrictions from May to September according to the faded sign. Toilets were a bit grotty at the car park. Beach is same expanses and steep pebbles.

When we passed Dyffryn Seaside Estate to the beach car park. They charged us 4 pounds for the parking. There is no machine, just an old man asking people to pay him. I feel like it's a scam. Does anyone experience the same? Where shall I report this.Thanks

Stunning beach. Lots of people there when I visited but when the tide goes out there is so much space it doesn't feel crowded at all. Water shallow for quite a way out so safe for kids to paddle and swim as well as adults.

Amazing stretch of sandy beach, lots of space if you want to be all alone to tan up,or very friendly if you like to mingle. Nice cafes and pubs in nearby towns. Enjoy!!

A lovely beach that I passed by on the Wales Coastal Walk. In the week, it's quieter and with the temperature soaring this was the place to cool down.
