Bit disapointed today, the app shows 30% off premium wines" and shows "ALL" the premium wines on the app if you buy 3 bottles but when you get to till it turns out it's only on new zealand bottles

Just had my first visit to a Lidl store which happened to be at Knaresborough Enjoyed initial experience and expressed this at the checkout. To my surprise and shock the female staff member completely ignored me. She did not make any eye contact and continued to scan my purchases at record speed. I was going to ask her to pass on my praises to the store manager but did not bother. Very rude, lacked basic customer interaction and spoiled my first Lidl experience.

This very new store seems bigger than other shops from the same brand. The location seems counterintuitive to non locals as it seems to be placed in suburbia rather than midtown. Seriously big car park and helpful staff; a pleasant, affordable experience.

Great store, I just can't believe the massive oversight of not installing self service checkouts. This is a very new store and it should have been part of the original plans.
