Paul was very helpful from the initial enquiry, to arranging a test drive right through to the point of collection a few days later and was a pleasure to deal with. The car is fantastic, I’m very happy with my new (to me) Audi A5. A couple of little issues with the car but nothing I wasn’t prepared for and Paul and the team have assured me they will be rectified in good time and given the way in which I’ve been dealt with until now, I fully believe them. Very hard to put into words how much I recommend Paul & Billy @ Greenwood Motors. Their service is the best of any dealership I’ve ever dealt with, by some distance.I was travelling from Ireland to purchase a 2015 C Class, and in the weeks leading me finally getting over to collect it, the guys were constantly available to answer every question I had and address every issue that came up (all issues were on my end!)When I finally got to see the car, it was exactly as described and in completely perfect condition. I was in a bit of a rush to make the ferry home, so both Paul & Billy worked together to get all paperwork sorted. Their showroom & office was welcoming, professional & extremely impressive.Such was my level of trust for these guys & their business, I happily paid for the majority of the car before even seeing it. Travelling from another country to buy a car can be quite daunting, so the most important thing for me was that I trusted the dealership I was dealing with. So, we all know buying a car from a dealer can be a bit daunting or intimidating. Everyone has heard or read a horror story. Well you can expect none of this from Greenwood Motors.Firstly, my car purchase. I am so very pleased. I travelled four hours to Greenwood and the car was exactly as described. Any 'bad' bits were highlighted before my arrival with videos supplied. I use the term 'bad' very loosely, I was more than happy. Perfect car.Secondly, the service received was exceptional. I cannot praise Paul enough for his professionalism, politeness and then.....humour and coffee. It was hands down the most enjoyable car purchase experience I've ever had.....and I've owned a few cars now!When you find a good electrician, you keep using them. Find a good plumber, the same. Didn't know I'd feel that way about a car dealer! Next time I'm in the market for a motor, I'll be phoning these guys to see if they can help. Thanks again Paul and Greenwood!
