I have just sat in jd dental waiting room for half an hour with my daughter to be called to reception to be told I can't be seen as that dentist only sees private patients. I had already been called to have this appointment, my first appointment rearranged and my daughter has been dealing with a cracked tooth for over a week waiting for it. I would not advise for anyone who is an nhs patient and am absolutely disgusted. Not only did I come all the way in from Marlow on a school night I'm then left waiting for half an hour in the waiting room to not be seen.

Adila Hanif has provided us with terrible service. I said the staff turnover is high as the practice manager changes more often than my clothes and this lady was offended and refused to offer us any appointments. We look forward to referring the matter to the general dental council. All because of their own administrative errors and their dentist running late, we’re having to suffer. Please provide your staff with customer service training and tell them to have less attitude!

Have used this dentist for over 15 years and brought my children here too. Excellent service, great with the children when they were young.Recently opted for whitening treatment, was a little worried as I didn't want bright white teeth, but was reassured with full explanations.I then had old crown and veneer replaced as you could easily see the grey tooth by the gum.I'm thrilled with the results and now smile properly, not just raising the concerns of my mouth.

Great staff that really care about your well-being . If ever I’ve had an issue with any treatment they will get you booked in as soon as , just be mindful as they are very busy so don’t miss appointments! Big shout out to the front of desk staff who go over and beyond.

this was my first visit, just a check up but a crown with a gap under it was identified. an appointment was made, once the old crown was removed, the dentist (Dr D Jheeta) and nurse Caroline then scanned my teeth so no horrible impressions. The new crown arrived a week later and was fitted. AMAZING! it fitted perfectly with no reshaping etc, completely gob smacked, got to love new tech that works as good as this.

Amazing dental treatments and customer service from all areas at this practice. Reception, hygienist, dental nurses, dentist - all friendly and professional. I have major anxiety going to the dentist and here the calm, friendly service makes it so easy. Great care and attention and personalised service for extras available such as whitening etc.
