I wish I'd called Ian years ago. He is a great personality - instantly likeable, knows everything there is to know about wifi, and since he installed our system a month ago has even made good on his promise to be available on the phone even evenings and weekends to talk me through any teething troubles. Ian was passionate about solving my wifi nightmare, and he did solve it! My experience briefly:We have super fast Virgin Broadband (200MBs or something) which works great in most rooms but drops off in the kitchen and is completely unusable in the downstairs loo. We then had a garden cabin built and wished to get wifi in the cabin.SOLUTION 1 (approx £25): a wifi signal booster". No good. I tried both Netgear and TPLink versions.SOLUTION 2 (approx £45): a more expensive solution: a TPLink "Powerline Adaptor ". This solved the problem - sometimes. TPLink assured me that you could clone the wifi settings and the wifi would work seamlessly as you move from one room to the next. What they didn't tell me - and what Ian finally managed to explain to me - is that you have to manually log off from one wifi and log onto the other one if you move from room to room. These beasts are also a complete nightmare to set up.SOLUTION 3 (several £100. We are not a rich family but this was money very well spent!): Ian set me up with what I think is a "Mesh System". Now I can watch a video on YouTube and walk from the bottom of my garden to the opposite end of the house. The whole time

I had huge issues with my internet speed until finding out about Ian, called him up and he is one of the nicest and easiest chaps to talk to. Came around the house same day and stayed for 2 hours to go through everything and explained my issues in a way i could understand, left me some test kits to see if they would help and sure enough, problem solved. He then came around the day after to install some around my house, brilliant service from a brilliant guy absolutely recommend him.
