My Bucky, russian dwarf hamster passed away today after us only having him a month and a half. We took perfect care of him like we have previous non pets at home hamsters and they have lived years. You sell animals designed for short lives. Evil corporation.

Lovely staff! it was a little busy but Sarah was super helpful and assisted me as she could see I looked a little overwhelmed with flea & worm products for cats. She was also multitasking helping other customers whilst Making sure to help me also. Out of stock on a few products but not an issue as Can order for delivery online.

Our dog coco was admitted very seriously ill last monday we were told we might loose him but the team at the hospital were marvellous and everyone pulled together day and night and we have just brought Coco home we would like to thank each and every one of you for the lovely care you gave our boy thankyou very much Sue and Charlie Greenhill xxxx

The staff member, I've forgotten her name my apologies, who helped my daughter choose her pet gerbils was wonderful. She took time, advised her, let her hold them and was so patient. It made the whole thing an experience in itself for my little lady. The products, prices and range of products for such a wide range of pets is fabulous.

Normally great service, but this occasion had a very rude, really could not be bothered, unhelpful miserably man. I ended up walking out and going to Halifax.

Dashed in for an emergency cat carrier, they didn't even have 1 single cat carrier. Told staff to hurry as I was in a hurry, no change of pace, attitude, nothing. Shelves looked very bare. Overpriced for food and scratchers, unsure about anything else. Wouldn't recommend.
