I don’t think this store understands the meaning of diversity. It does not represent the current Britain. Only employed white-skin staff and when the foreign customers like me entered the shop, I got stared at, as if I should not be shopping there. The staff will forget their manners and not say thank you to me once I paid for my shopping however they will be friendly, smiling, and helpful and say thank you to those white-skinned customers. Shall I say this as Passive racism?I would love to talk to the store manager, hoping I can guide him or her on how to run the store and staff that reflects Britain as a country of all colours that supports equality and diversity.

After previously posting a poor review relating to the lack of customer service offered. This has improved in recent times and I now feel the branch is welcoming with a really good product range.

This is a nice little shop. Stock's most thing. Parking can be a bit hit and miss as it is busy. Staff are nice. Mostly self service now!

Have used this store since it opened usually with excellent customer service. However, yesterday afternoon was an exception. Why, for the first time, was I not allowed to use the lower of the two bagging areas without incurring the wrath of a very angry partner"? Will try to avoid this shop in future."

Awful experience in store yesterday.Far too many people in the store and impossible to socially distance from customers and staff.I felt at the beginning of the pandemic waitrose was one of the best local stores but now I will be avoiding it to protect myself and their staff members.Really disappointed in them and it seems they just want as many people in there now to increase their profits. They seem to have forgotten they still need to protect their staff and customers.

Shop is very nice bit did not have all groceries I was looking for. Bit then it is not a very large shop so they cannot have everything on the shelves. Compromises have to be made. Extra parking behind the supermarket.

Polite staff, prices are quite high, they have removed one checkout so there is only one now, also the have installed 6 self scan cheackouts (all card only which is stupid) so you do have to wait for a while on every occasion if you want to pay cash at the kiosk which is normally manned by the same staff member that is running around like a headless chicken trying to put right the new machines that keep asking for approval? Really badly thought out.... if at all

Wonderful experience collecting an order today. It was really busy and I had my dog in the car. The lovely lady behind the counter noticed I was worried about waiting so came out to the car so I could keep the air con running and gave me my order.Thank you!
