Twisted Metal Pole & Aerial Fitness Studio
Fantastic place whether you're wanting to keep fit or build self confidence (or both!) Harriet has got your back.Its not intimidating at all. A very warm, friendly enviroment and just really good fun! All ages welcome and absolutely no experience needed. Also private sessions are available too if you don't like being in a group. Highly recommend!

Really friendly little studio. The classes are a really good work out but fun and you learn new things all the time.
