I phoned and spoke to Bella, asked if I could test drive a DS3 they had in stock.was told their was an engine light on but could still do a test drive. When I got there. It was clear the car was not as described, I still drove the car only to find the car was in limp home mode. Which made it very unsafe to drive. When I returned and told Bella, she did not seem concerned at all by the car being unsafe to drive. So my advice would be avoid at all cost.

My experience with Car4Sales has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Vauxhall Astra based on their promises of a 12-month MOT, 3-month warranty, and a PDI inspection, only to be let down at every turn.The car delivery, which took over five weeks instead of one, was a disaster. It arrived without coolant, and the oil was outdated, even though they claimed to have conducted a PDI inspection. The car's engine was running rough, and it was clear that no proper inspection had taken place.Within days, the car's problems became even more evident. The steering violently shook at 50 mph, and a mechanic, who refused to touch the car to avoid voiding the warranty but indicated numerous issues like a failing head gasket, damaged fuel suction cup valve, and more, discovered that the vehicle was in terrible shape. There were even signs that it had been in a wreck, which hadn't been disclosed.The car even lost power in traffic, putting me in a dangerous situation. I exercised my right to return it under the Consumer Rights Act, which should have been straightforward but turned into a nightmare.Car4Sales ignored emails and provided vague promises. After returning the car, they assured me of a refund within 14 days, but it never came. Instead, they offered to replace it with a more expensive car, which felt like an attempt to dodge responsibility.On day 25, they abruptly revoked the refund offer, changing from saying the car was faulty to just running rough" and suggested I seek legal advice. Visited to view several cars. Friend visited day before and car viewed had serious plumes of smoke from exhaust. Yesterday I visited and a car with a deposit on had a strange engine noise, then test drove a manual galaxy which the clutch had an issue and revved by itself to screaming proportions which driving and drove back in limp mode with engine malfunction error on dash, next car to test drive, Smax Auto, the car could not find a gear whilst driving and aborted test drive plus reverse gear none existent. Tried to test drive a Qashqi, would not start. Left this garage with a lucky escape of not buying a car. AVOID! Can’t put zero stars!!!!

We bought a vehicle from this garage in July, from the first week of owning the vehicle it had a serious MOT fail which had been passed by the business.The car MOT was passed on 20/06 with a defective horn yet they claimed it worked when we drove it into the workshop" yet the horn works in no wheel position and it done no miles between the MOT and the vehicle being dropped off.We were told to get a quote and then they would discuss the warranty

These individuals engaged in deceptive behavior, as they sold me a car that turned out to be faulty. After only a week, the car experienced severe transmission problems, and they declined to provide any assistance. Their actions were dishonest and untruthful, so I recommend avoiding any purchase with them.

I would just like to say how happy i was with the service i received from this garage.I phoned up and enquired on a vehicle which was available, i had a video sent through to myself that very same afternoon and had all my questions asked. I travelled up to see the vehicle and see it in person, i was pleasantly greeted by BELLA who took me to see the vehicle. I inspected the vehicle and had a look around too, i was then approached by ANGEL, who answered more of my questions and took me inside to see the relevant paperwork for the vehicle. I was very impressed by both of their mannerisms. We came to a deal and sorted out paperwork, the energy and enthusiasm between ANGEL AND BELLA was lovely to see and very humouring :)On this occasion i couldn't go through with the sale due to some additional work that was required, i needed the vehicle by a particular date. I'm sorry guys!! My deposit was offered back to myself and in a timely manner of 5-7 days (the usual) it had been paid back to me.I would like to thank you both for the experience i had dealing with yourselves, hopefully i will be back in the future :)

I will never recommend this guys. Poor communication,rude and we came from London (2 hours away) to do a deal ,we found some issues with their car,after that we were waiting 2 hours and at the end we didn’t make any deal with no reason. Customer service 0.

PLEASE AVOID ANY PURCHASE OR VIEWING.Is it possible to give 0 rating because I dont think they deserve any rating. They should be reported to the authorities for their scam. They advertised the car to be in great condition and when I rang and arranged viewing they didnt mention car was not in a condition for selling. Broken, tyre punctured, battery down, and on top of that they wanted £500 deposit to fix the car. On the phone they said car would be ready for collection in 2 days after viewing and on visit they didnt know if it would be ready in 4 weeks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Partner brought a m5 Jetta from their company, had a few problems which they agreed to fix before we took the car. 3 days after the car was ready" to be picked up
