Bovis Homes - Willowdene

They were alright until we bought the house. Although the site managers doing their best, snagging takes longer than a month which was anticipated. Sales office at Willowdene is not helpful at all. On home demonstration the blond woman was misleading and talking about silly things. I was refused to put up my floor in downstairs before moving in which was great disappointment for me as I couldn't move in when I got the keys. I have to do justice and add that design of the house is more than satisfying, leaving me and every guest feeling comfortable spending time inside and the garden.

My girlfriend made a complaint and they calling her liar etc.They said they were here to fix it ,but noone ever came.She also dont have voltage at the garden door,so she can't use the garden light.She made a complain in september/october.If anyone have a chance, try to avoid this company!!!They block Mansell road for years ,so if want visit family or friends you have to use alternative route 5-6 minutes longer.Instead of 1-2 minutes take 6-7 minutes. Cost so much more petrol/diesel.Thanks Bovis!
