There was a glitch in one of the machines, and I got free spins, and the machine turned off, and I won money, and he gave me 20 pounds, and I got nothing else. No free spins.

I felt racially abused. I am a half arab half white male. I was speaking with friends on the phone and the owner came and put his hand on the reels stopping me from playing talking about he'll give me my 80p back which was in the machine. Disgusting. When I walked out security pushed me. I've never felt so violated in my life. Horrible establishment. I wish people didn't hate me because I'm brown.

Dodgy establishment , worker turned my machine off during a bonus which was at £300 wasn’t a mechanical fault and staff did nothing to rectify the situation besides saying they’d call the police

Staff very freindly

Go there once or twice a month, good choice of machines old & new. Staff always friendly and helpful ,always willing to change coins into notes when asked .
