One extremely satisfied customer and dog! We went to the vets for My dogs annual booster last night. From entering the building, we were greeted by name and the receptionist was lovely, warm and welcoming. Her friendly disposition put as at ease immediately.The vet was also superb, in that he was very friendly and welcoming and listened attentively to my concerns. He was fantastic with my dog, who didn’t even feel the vaccination due to all the attention and treats he had been given.As a full time worker, I was happy with the late night surgeries as it meant I could book in around work and not cause a delay to my dogs care. 10/10 for excellent customer service, customer satisfaction and care for my pet. I would highly recommend.

Always a wonderful experience. My dog actively enjoys visiting here no matter the reason as all staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to stay here for many years to come :)

I swapped vets to Westway a few years ago mainly (at first) because there was a branch just a few minutes away from where we live. But I am really glad I made the decision to swap because the service I have received has been excellent.The (small) branch I use isn't always available for appointments, but I've always been offered an alternative location at a time to suit me.And when one of my dogs needed urgent attention last year, I was given an immediate appointment at the West Road branch.I would highly recommend Westway Vets.

I love this vets. My dog is badly behaved at the vets but they never make me feel bad. They let me handle him patiently to help him get what’s needed done without rushing and they do things on his terms which can take some time. I always feel listened to and get good advice and the treatment has been really great. I would thoroughly recommend this vets to my friends and family. The receptionist is always in a good mood and very efficient. Makes the dread of having to take him to the vets not half as bad.

Unfortunately our cat of 20 years had to be put to sleep last night. I just want to thank the vet and receptionist for how they treated us they were absolutely lovely (Amy and Theresa I think)

We’ve had our cat with them since he was a kitten and he has always had the best care and treatment. The vets are incredibly friendly, professional and really make us feel like they care. Can’t speak highly enough of the vets/nurses/eye specialist we have treated by.

By far the best Westway vets we have visited, always a warm welcome when you arrive, both receptionists and vets are caring, helpful and go the extra mile for our cats.Our oldest cat is weary of the vets and the Leam lane team alway makes sure that she is comfortable before they proceed, even accommodating for the fact she doesn’t like dogs and allowing her to settle in a separate room before her appointment.Thank you so much

The staff in Westway vets in felling were very friendly polite and professional and made our visit perfect for our puppy. I would recommend if you need any help with your beloved Animals then don't hesitate to make an appointment with these. They are so lovely and friendly with your pets and go out their way to help. Costs are very reasonable too.
