Likely the most incompetent agency ever. Signed up, gave in my notice to my old job, by the time i has finished my notice period there was no job for me. I have probably called up at least 20 times to be taken off their system. If i am luckly enough to get through to someone they will tell you they will call you back but they never do. They will never give you their name usless you ask because they know they have no intention of helping you. I have spoken to other agency employees that have the same problems. AVOID.

Absolutely shocking, these people are the worst I have ever encountered in the recruitment process. They don't care about you or your needs. Communication is non existent, their manner is rude and arrogant. Do not rely on these clowns to get you a job. You're better off going through another recruitment agency. Terrible!

Absolutely rubbish. Never return calls or emails. Applied for a role in November, completed telephone interview and downloaded requested documents same day. 2 weeks later hears nothing so called. Told they need to review docs and will call back. Not heard back since (it's now been 7 weeks). Even complaining to head office hasn't worked. Would not recommend Manpower Crawley at all!

I am unfortunately still waiting to start a role that I applied for in November. I had the interview, sent in my documents, I had to correct my address history which I did straight away. January came and I didnt hear anything, then got an email from the then I get an email head office asking if im starting the job, they were helpful and said they contacted my local branch but still nothing........

That joke of a manager Gemma gascoyne should resign immediately! She has no disregard for mental health, ignores emails and calls. Failed vetting process for a minor offence on CRB but was promised work, was given everything in person and passed assessment with flying colours.Don't promise someone work or get their hopes up if they suffer from mental health.Better off at pertemps at least that would be temp to perm!

REALLY, REALLY DISSAPOINTED. They messed my employee number, so I wasn't paid for a few weeks, and when they did, the tax code was emergency one even I sent them all the previous documents. STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, and check twice any jobs/ offers they post online. Really sneaky and unprofessional. AVOID!!!!!!!

Wow! Wow!, how is this agency still exist?!, the treatment and the way they deal with worker is clearly illegal!. Need to be reported to Watchdogs at least, they will only need to call them and they will realise the mess!... this is clearly an agency with no leadership!.. or management!.... and all the evidence on Google reviews!. I'm looking forward to there reply!

Today I was informed by Royal Mail that they replaced me-BECAUSE Manpower did not call them, did not update anyone, and as it turns out didn't even bother to check my documents. What should have been done within a matter of days took them now over 2 weeks. I am now without my job, without money and don't know how to pay rent! and don't bother to fill out their ''complaint form''- it only shows an error message at the end.

Lots of work from time to time. Good rates of pay. Office staff friendly and helpful. But there is lots of paperwork to do and you have to keep check that your work hours and rate hours are all correct as it dose go wrong some times. And it hard to get it back.
