Terrible service and communication didn't deliver milk and after three emails still no reason why, also then had the cheek to invoice me incorrectly with still no explanation or reply to my complaint. overpriced and poor service, only used to support our local farmers and businesses. will stick with my usual local superstore going forward if this is the service you get from a milkman now.

Increased bills twice within 2 weeks. No notice to customer which is against trading standards. Very poor customer service. I got told ‘it is what it is at the end of the day’. Moving to Milk and More which is actually cheaper and a better customer service

At first milk was coming every other day but once I set my account up could easily keep track. Always delivered for waking in the morning. Good price and easy payment method online. Can even stop order for a few weeks when on holiday.

This company doesn't care who they employ to drive there vehicles so long as they don't abide by the highway code. No due care and attention on the road. That's 3 times they have cut me up on the road now. One driver the other week was waiting at the temporary traffic lights on London Road stapely while on red he thought he would drive through as nothing was coming the other way then lit a cigarette up as he was driving. Who wants there goods delivered by people from that company. They always looks like they need a good wash

Milk is lovely and always on time. Only problem is that the empty bottles haven't been collected for 3 weeks now. Spoke to dairy and said if not sorted by next delivery, will cancel.

Nothing wrong with the milk but the customer service is terrible. Drivers are reckless and rude to walkers using the public footpaths, don't even have the common courtesy to reply to complaints about the issues they create around cockshades. Looking at these reviews they're well known for bad customer service.

Signed up after moving into my new house. So far so good, delivery always on the door Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Well priced, even stopped my deliveries when I was away for the week based off a note I left under the old bottles. Milk is delicious and feels much better to use less plastic and support local business.

Dreadful service. Not like it used to be. Came to our door asking if we wanted to buy milk. I listened and politely declined. Milk arrived on the doorstep the following week anyway with a bill slip. We decided to continue anyway as we felt it right to support local farms/family companies. Decided to add on a newspaper also to our delivery. This never arrived. My polite enquiry was met with rude single word answers with no explanation. I asked if I could have a newspaper the following week to which they replied No." I was in disbelief at the rudeness so replied to say we would be cancelling all subscriptions and that they were rude and only had to explain why I couldn't get a paper the following week. This was met with a reply of a heart emoji. Unprofessional and disgusting. Clearly a once old reputable family company has been inherited by a spoilt lazy bunch and the founders would be ashamed I am sure. People this rude and careless about custom don't deserve the business."

Having been born into an era of glass bottled milk delivered to one’s doorstep every morning it is somewhat refreshing in these troubled times to revert to a tradition that has sadly become lost in these modern times.The quality and taste of the organic milk is excellent and highly recommended. Milk retains its freshness for longer in a natural glass bottle and surely is better for your health as opposed to a manufactured plastic alternative. More importantly to know that one is supporting local Cheshire farmers and the environment.There were a few teething problems to begin with but that was understandable with the sudden increase in demand. It’s nice to know that in these difficult times people do care, for example we were missing our daily newspaper one morning, only for the gentleman to return later realising his mistake.Thank you.
