OMG. Henrietta catered for a work retreat for us at Wakelyns over 3 days and she absolutely outdid herself. She responded so creatively to various dietary needs and every single thing was prepared with obvious love and care. The ingredients were from local and ethical producers and thoroughly delicious. Bungay Raw Butter is delicious and Hen's pork crackling is the best I've ever had. We ate and ate and didn't want to leave!
