I was dreading putting our house on the market. I kept putting it off because I couldn't bare the thought of dealing with viewings and estate agents! Breckon however, made the process easy. They were respectful to our home, their photography/videography team were amazing and kept us informed the whole way along. They called me from the car following each viewing to give me an immediate 'thoughts on how the viewing went' feedback and when we did have an offer guided us through our options. I would thoroughly recommend.

The service we received from Breckon & Breckon with our sale in Oxfordshire was first-rate from beginning to end. From an initial meeting (when sensible advice was given on price), through the swift preparation of a brochure with extensive photos and the management of viewings to the eventual completion of the deal, we could not have asked for more. We had a great experience when buying one of B & B’s properties. Charlotte from the Woodstock branch was so helpful and great at keeping us up to date with necessary info. We also had a second viewing with a really lovely lady one Saturday - we didn’t catch her name but she was also very helpful and professional.
