Bhakti instantly understood what I wanted, what would suit me and beautifully exhausted a natural, subtle blended balayage to perfection just how I liked it. I had to write the review while she was blow drying my hair. She has done an amazing job colouring my hair beyond my expectation. Very friendly and spends extra time advising and making sure you have all the option. I am extremely happy with the service and can’t stop recommending. Looking forward to my next appointment !!

This hairdresser is amazing !! She is truthfully the most honest and genuine individual and i can’t stop going back to her !! She completely gave me a new confidence with my hair and she makes the whole appointment feel like I’m talking to a friend - even the little bits like taking my coat and asking my day has been - honestly you can’t any better ! She is the best hairdresser I have had and I’m grateful to have found her - honestly get your hair done here !!! It is truly life changing and you won’t look backThank you :)

Bhakti was truly the most welcoming since i first met her to discuss about my hair; it was my first time and i was extremely nervous yet she remained so positive and so honest with me. She did exactly what i wanted on my hair and gave me the right advice on how to grow my hair now. She is extremely sweet and has definitely won my trust without a doubt and i cannot wait to come back to her!!

Bhakti is the best! Shes the loveliest person and is so so welcoming! Had a vision with my hair and she executed it perfectly knowing what would look best. So glad I put my trust into her. Will definitely be coming back on a regular!! Highly, highly recommend <3

I have been going to Makkasi to get my hair cut since post-pandemic. Very professional and I really value her opinion on how to cut/style my hair. She always does an amazing job and takes extra time making sure I am happy with the outcome. She is always flexible in trying to fit me in and I look forward to my next few appointments with her. I have recommended Makkasi to my friends and will continue to do so!

I had an appointment with Bhakti to get my hair done prior to my wedding.. Bhakti is super experienced and knowledgable!! My experience at MAKKASI was so chilled. I left with my hair feeling so bouncy, light and the colour was stunning, I love it!! She is so genuine that it definitely won't be the last time I book an appointment here xx
