I requested personalisation that wasnt listed, and they did it perfectly. So accommodating. Really pleased..the plush is super soft, great quality sound & embroidery is beautiful.So pleased that i got this and not a cheaper plush from elsewhere...worth every penny

Ordered a personalised blanket & bunny from 'That's Mine'. From the start their customer service was brilliant. I called around delivery times to Ireland and if I ordered certain things, would they arrive on time. Paul & Elaine kept me updated around stock and when I finally made a decision on what to order, it was embroidered and shipped the same day to arrive for a Christening. It arrived two days before the event, beautifully wrapped with crisp white tissue paper with a gift bag. The colour matched the online photos exactly and the bunny & blanket were incredibly soft. Will definitely back for special occasions :)

I purchased a customised Jellycat from the 'That's Mine' team, and I've had nothing but a brilliant experience throughout. I was a bit silly and left this purchase until the last minute, and was worried i wouldn't receive this in time, as I needed the item for an upcoming special occasion!After speaking with Elaine, she did everything she could to push my order through and get it out to me, and was nothing but lovely to deal with. This is the second time I've bought new baby presents for Clients from That's Mine. Fantastic experience each time and the gifts are superb quality and really have that 'wow' factor, especially with the personalised packaging. Both clients were so surprised and delighted. There's enough choice to be able to select something that's right, but not so many options that the site is overwhelming - therefore easy to browse and purchase something fab, without wasting hours of scrolling!
