Oak World

We are really delighted with our side table. We bought it to use as a small coffee table in front of the sofa. Delivery was excellent. We were kept up to date all the way, the packaging was great. Very well wrapped to protect the table.Excellent value for money. Would recommend.

Really love this unit. I have a lot of size 10/10.5UK trainers but was nervous as so many other cabinets that claimed to fit this size didn't seem to (looking at reviews). This one does, however! Yes, you have to do a little tucking when you place them in, but that is fine. It fits 12 pairs of size 10UK shoes all up.I am giving it 4 stars though as there were 4 screws missing (for two of the handles) and also because the hole for the wall mount was on the wrong side (pic attached). This meant that I had to drill a separate hole to fix the problem.Overall very happy with the purchase. Looks professional and also does what it says.

Delighted with the log store. It was delivered quickly and efficiently by local couriers. The log store itself is solid and good quality timber. Instructions were easy to follow. I was able to build it without assistance. Highly recommend.

I was very happy from start to finish with my order with Oak World. They kept me up to date with the order details & the item was delivered promptly. When the item arrived it was very well packaged, there was no chance it would be damaged in transit. My bedside cabinet looks great & is really well made as promised with real wood.

Great user friendly website with a fab range of quality furniture. I purchased a lovely seated oak blanket box. It was very sturdy and solid and had a large capacity. I was notified by email of the delivery date, then later, the specific 3 hour time slot. Then on the morning, I was phoned by the delivery men when they were 15 mins away. They carried the item upstairs to the desired bedroom. I was very happy with my overall experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Oak World for quality furniture.

I ordered the kendal antique grey bookcase and am very happy with it. It was completely ready assembled which is one of the reasons I choose it. Nice sturdy good quality bookcase which the delivery company took upstairs for me. There was a lot of packaging to protect it. Would recommend this item.

Generally positive with great communication on delivery times and confirmation of delivery window. The 2.5 metre wardrobe was tricky to put up with 2, 3 would be better as it's so heavy. Certainly can't move it when it's built but that reflects the fantastic quality of the product. It was packaged and protected really well and looks great now it's up. Really sturdy and very smooth sliding doors. Delivery was straightforward with pleasant polite speedy delivery men. Just one criticism in that when I placed order I had timed order for delivery within 2 weeks but found out at checkout that delivery to some postcodes, including mine can take up to 2 weeks longer. I may have missed that on ordering and it was only delayed by a few days. I will definitely be using them again

I bought a self assembly wardrobe. Delivery was on time. There were 4 really heavy but well packed boxes. Good instructions on how to assemble - definitely needed 2 people. The quality is excellent and it will last for many years. Really pleased.
