Caroline's Viennese Patisserie
Ordered a ham bap from ruabon and a chocolate eclair. Specifically asked for no butter on bap. Came home and the bap had butter on it ( dont know what buttter/marg they use but its disgusting) and cake was stale. In the bin it all went.

We ordered food for collection and when we arrived to collect it the food was cold. We were told by the delightful shop assistant that it was our fault we should have picked it up earlier, even though we arrived at the arranged time. We were also charged more than we were last week even though the portion size was noticeably smaller. Staff at this shop are rude and the customer service by the woman serving today is appalling

Just bought my lunch ......Ham salad bap nd have to say it was stupendous the best ham salad bap I've ever ever had. .wish I'd bought 2 ha ha.thankyou.
