My daughter loves going here. All the staff seem to genuinely care about the children. There is a real family atmosphere to the setting. A home away from home. Big shout out to the lovely management team. Alison and Laura you are fantastic!

The best nursery around! My eldest attended from the age of 1 and spent 3 lovely years here and now my youngest has started 6 weeks ago and the standards haven’t changed. All the team is amazing and I can name everyone because the service is consistent across the team.I will always recommend.

The team at Wembley really do take good care of the children. My daughter attends the setting and always has a positive demeanour whenever I pick her up!

The nursery management is very poor and we have had lot of issues in past 2 years. Especially in the pandemic where they charged us for the days where they did not provide childcare. Their complaints team usually don't respond and nursery manager does not always give correct advise in accordance with their policies - we have proved this to them using their own emails. We spent weeks arguing and asking for the days back which they overcharged during pandemic.They also don't transfer kids to next age group until 4 months after their birthday so the kids may spend lot of time with much younger kids which can delay their learning and development.It's very disappointing because they provide good childcare overall.

My daughter started in 2018 at age 1. Since the new manager Laura took control the nursery is much better and my daughter enjoys it more than before. Clean, reliable and lots of fun activities for the kids to learn!

My little boy has been coming here since he was 11 months old. He's now 4 years old and absolutely loves it. Through the years at Wembley Bright Horizons he has loved his teachers, he talks very highly of them all now. The staff have supported him in his educational and personal development. They have been a great help to me with his potty training! He has made lots of friends. He loves all the activities he does. The nursery have a lovely outdoors area.I would highly recommend your child coming here, I have one very happy boy. He will miss everyone when he leaves.

Well both my kids attended this nursery. I was not very skeptical of putting them here, anyway after repeated email follow up we finally got to see the nursery inside. Well it's nice and proper. After my children started pre nursery, I realised that nursery assistants were nice and friendly but some of the staffs were a bit lazy. Alison is good but not very friendly. She didn't talk much neither showed signs of discussing how my children is doing.. Once she asked if I send children wearing new diapers! I mean ridiculously mean question which I answered patiently... They don't have proper app for day to activity follow up. I had to repeatedly ask what my children did. Well if you are looking for cheap nursery, you have to adjust a bit I believe.. Rest was OK.. Thankful for their well behaviour.

Waited almost A year for response, called them lots of time for either yes or no, they keep bouncing blame from one to another staff of nursery. They don't care how people is waiting after registration. It's really disappointed and unprofessional.

At Bright Horizons Wembley you can expect to receive a warm welcome from all staff.The environment is lovely with bright classrooms and an outside play area with age appropriate equipment.The foyer is a large clean area hosting seating, a table with information for parents and board with photos and qualifications of all staff and the designated Safeguarding Officer for each day.The teaching and learning is of a good standard and the nursery is run by an experienced manager.My child is very happy at this nursery which is my priority.
