Vet was all over my dog, gave him lots of cuddles and strokes which put him at ease as he was nervous.Great reception staff, despite being very busy and on her own dealt with customers efficiently-she was also very new to the role!

After having a bad experience of another local vets I decided to make a change. I can’t fault the service I received for my cat. Kind, professional, allowed time to ask questions. 100% recommended

I want to thank the lovely Irish lady at The Falmouth branch who helped us get our elderly dog Ruby back on her feet after we thought the worst. She was extremely caring, and helpful and she had a lot of faith that Ruby would recover, which turned that day around for us immensely. We can't thank you enough.

Love our vet shreya , we have a great Dane pup who is a handful and she's so good when doing checkups and handling him despite his size and playfulness ,really lovely to talk to aswell .

Had to see a vet quickly as I was worried about my dogs eyes. From the moment I called the surgery until the moment my dog had been seen by the vet. I was treated like a VIP. The whole team were great.Have to say the vet we saw was exceptional, cannot recommend her highly enough. She was kind, caring and explained everything to me.So professional, she cared for my dog and me, listening and advising.Gold star service at reasonable prices.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. I was caring for a stray kitten for a while in my garden, i got concerned about her health and i called vets4pets for advice, they suggested i bring the cat in for a checkup that day, and the vet said the cat needed more care, then i could provide. The receptionists spent a long time calling charities and trying to find a shelter for the cat, and they found the nicest independent rescue shelter. i'd like to extra thank the receptionists who helped me as i have autism and i became very emotional having to say goodbye to the cat, and for really taking the time to make sure she was placed in a nice environment I am so grateful to the staff here, and i will recommend vets4pets Falmouth to everyoneThank you

All the staff are very caring. Emma is an excellent vet and gives our elderly dachshund the best care for her needs to make her final time with us as happy and pain free as possible. She is also realistic about what we can afford to pay for treatment and how many procedures are necessary or beneficial to an elderly dog.

Great vets, great staff, the prices made sense. I feel confident in the opinion of all of the vets I spoke with there and felt like the nurses were great at what they did.Everyone there clearly has a passion for animals and cared deeply about the well-being of my little dog and I’m certain the same can be said for all of their patients.Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone after a really good practice with reasonable prices, which can be fairly hard to come by.

Friendly , helpful staff. Treatment of my animal very good. expensive price though. Know options for people to pay on low income who are disabled.

Vet 4 pets Falmouth have consistently shown professionalism at all times, they give clear and concise explanations and are extremely welcoming. The care provided towards our dogs is alway phenomenal and they have always helped with the worry and anxiety in stressful situations. As first time dog owners we know our pups are always in great hands and the recommended advise given is always appreciated.
