Kwik Fit - Cirencester

Absolutely amazing service from the team. Made a phone call at 17:35 Andrew answered I explained my wife had a screw in her tire and she started work at 4:30 the following morning and we lived 10 miles away . He said no problem come in now. Considering they shut at 18:00 . Andrew and his team are heroes.

We were on holiday in the UK from the US and had a flat tire on our rental car. The team at Kwik Fit stepped up big time by advising us on how to get a recovery truck to come out and then getting our tire replaced at the shop in record time! We were back on the road enjoying our holiday.

My car failed its MOT on front wishbones, and exhaust emissions. It turned out that the exhaust that was on the car was poorly made an fitted, leaking everywhere. The guys at KF in Cirencester quoted me a very reasonable price to have the work done. It has now passed it's MOT and what a difference!!!! Car is much quieter, smoother and has more power. I feel that they've provided a comprehensive MOT inspection and really looked after me and the car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today... I'm completely disappointed, I waited from 1:45pm till 4:30pm in the waiting room to be told my car didn't have a lock and wheel nut, The lady in front of me, she waited from 10am till 4:30pm she also had a baby with her, as they kept bring the wrong parts from another car garage located somewhere in Cirencester. I think the wrong part for her car was brought over three times in totally, whilst they waited for the parts to arrive the car mechanic stood around smoking and eating by the back door. As you could imaged this was very frustrating as I also had my two young children with me. When my car finally went up on the ramp, all the mechanic x3 went off for another smoke! when I asked to speak to the manager, his response was they all need a break as they had been working back to back and very hard. From what I could see, there was only 2 cars in, one of the ramp waiting for parts and the other car having a MOT, there also another mechanic working on a motorbike, but it looked like it was his own. Time management is a massive problem in this place. I'm very disappointed with the level of service or lack of service I received today. I was going to be spending a lot of money to get both my cars in for Brake pads etc fitted, but I will look else where. I hope someone from head office visits this site and sort out the mess the current manager has got this place into. Please if you value your time, don't make the same mistake as me.I have also filled out a customer service form online.

Really good customer service by the team at Cirencester. I came in on a Sunday midday with a nail in my tyre, on our way from Sussex to see my sick mother. The manager was really helpful and fitted us in to get on our way in and out in less than hour.

Phoned up this morning as my daughter had a brake light out, was told to head on down and they would see us ASAP. A young man Robbie dealt with the car quickly and efficiently and was incredibly polite to us when settling up afterwards. Great service from Kwik Fit and Robbie thank you.

Andrew, Mark and the team are absolute legends. Took my 21 plate defender in for brakes and tyres and they did a cracking job. Will be using them next month for a full service instead of the crazy main dealer prices charged. Definately worth calling them if you need stuff done

Had a brake problem whilst out working, no other garage would look at it so went to Quick Fit. Ramp for my vehicle was in use with a stripped down vehicle so had to leave overnight. This morning the guys in the workshop stripped everything down, identified the problem and got me back on the road. The cost? Nothing. Superb service and a good bit of banter.
