Nice shop and location for sure with plenty of car park spaces. The only thing I don't like about Iceland is that they close early as compared to their peers... They could at least open until 8 pm every day from Monday to Saturday, if not 10 pm like ALDI or LIDL.

Staff where polite but could do with some of them taking care of their own hygiene with uniforms not ironed and some looked like its 12 yrs old. First impression is key if you don't look clean ppl will think of shopping elsewhere its not a good sight or smell . Management please lead by example as 1 of you gave of a freaky and smelly welcoming on my way out

Iceland Supermarket Birkenhead
Handy little store but the woman on the till needs more training in customer services. When it was our turn to be served she never spoke, no morning no nothing. Maybe what stopped her from talking was the lump of chewing gum in her mouth or could have been the fact that a Co worker brought her a cup of tea/coffee and was slightly more interested in that. You would think with it only being a small store and not busy the staff would have time for a greeting. Awful service.
