Can not recommend this saloon enough! The girls are fantastic and their grooming skills and knowledge are fantastic. They groom both my dogs and they always look so beautiful when they come out. I have now added a pup to the family a mini schnauzer, who had her first proper groom today - all I can say is wow!

This is the first time we have tried this groomer. We brought our 8 month old cairn who had never been groomed and they made her look like a show dog. Outstanding work.

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing.I rang the Pet Spa twice within the space of a week, to make an appointment. The salon was obviously busy so, on both occasions I left a voicemail. Their opening message was to assure that if you left your name , number etc you would definitely receive a call back.This did not happen in either of both times I left a message.I was left with the distinct impression they did not need new business. I sincerely hope the situation remains the same for this small business regarding the future, and the austerity we are currently facing.I also suggest they review their telephone message.

Lucy is very professional and has a great energy with both dogs and people. She listens to what you want and really thinks about the best way to achieve this. She communicates very well. Great wiggy job on our Diggy. Thank you, Lucy x

Took such good care of our little pup who was so neevpuse for his first close contact with a stranger since lockdown. He always looked very handsome after.

I took my dog here for the first time in June 2020 and I was delighted with the way Lucy trimmed him, exactly what I asked for. He’s often a little nervous about going to the groomer but he was relaxed and happy when I collected him, testament I think to the way Lucy handled him. I will definitely be going back. Lucy was appropriately cautious about social distancing and hygiene, and was warm and friendly. I wish her every success with her new business.
