Paws 'n' Claws Animal Hotel and Grooming Studio

Meg, our border collie has been to Paws n Claws a number of times for boarding and grooming. She is very nervous but they look after her so very well and we feel very happy knowing she is in very good hands. Can highly recommend

My Charlie spent a week there, his 1st ever stay away from home and I was worried he'd make me suffer for it when I got him back!To my happy surprise he was so settled and well cared for and only punished me for an hour.

This was our first time putting Jodie in kennels, we did a taster for one night at first, staff were great, so booked in for two weeks. On dropping Jodie off she was happy to be back, so we could tell she had enjoyed herself there and giving the dogs a bath before they are collected is a great idea, would definitely use again.

My two scotty girls spent 4 weeks on residential training. The results due to Heidi my girls trainer are brilliant, of course the training carries on now at home but a full step by step manual is included. Highly recomended.

Jake has been going to Paws and Claws for many years now and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. All the staff are lovely and treat all the dogs as though they are their own. Jakes loves his runs round the enclosed paddock. Jake also goes to Helen for grooming and always comes back looking and smelling beautiful. Would highly recommend Paws and Claws for boarding, grooming and training courses with Christine and Heidi are brilliant too.

I left my black lab here whilst I went away for a couple of days. He was dropped on the Monday at 10am and collected at 11am on the Wednesday.When I was told the amount to pay I wasn’t happy as I’d been charged for the full day/night on the Wednesday. I questioned this and was told it’s because the kennel is booked out to you all day. I’m sorry but that kennel could be cleaned and be ready for another customer especially as I picked him up in the morning.I didn’t want to get into an argument as I was tired so just paid and left.His bedding was also wet for some reason and this wasn’t due to the fact he had been bathed.Due to this I won’t be returning and I would really think about booking especially if you’re going to be charged for an extra day. I personally have never known this and I’ve used a few kennels in the past.

Our dog stayed here for the first time last night having never been away from home before. He was so happy when we picked him up and he’d had the best time, and came out lovely and clean after having a bath during his stay. Would definitely recommend this place as the staff are so friendly and brilliant at what they do!

Just picked up my 2 precious Jack Russell’s. The service, staff and care delivery is super professional. One particular staff member really made a special effort to accommodate us following a slight hiccup. 10/10.
