Placed an order online (in December)received just half my products made an enquiry and said they will refund kept chasing them for weeks now only for them to say today its been 2 months and there's nothing they can do. It was my first time ordering online with Iceland. Lesson well learnt never again!!!!!Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.

Popped in today for a quick shop, not familiar with Iceland. A very sweet girl, I asked for her name (Atiyah), was extremely helpful and very commendable service. Keep it up will visit again!

The few problems I have they keep moving the items around its like they do it every week then you can't find what you need and some well most of the staff are miserable and there been 2 with stinking attitude

WOW, the prices have gone through the roof. I stopped shopping at Iceland after the lockdown, I've only been twice and I won't be going any time soon.Example, frozen Iceland mash, 1kg for a £1 - now it's 700g for £1:40...

I think they should change the name to move around n attitudes because that all they do in here move the food around on a weekly basis every week I go in here and I can't find anything as it been relocated and the young staff they have one fowl attitude this will put people off if your staff are rude like they are
