The workers here are so rude and the old man behind the ticket desk is not willing to help or be nice in any way. If u can go to another train station I would do so. We had a group of 10 people who all bought tickets online and he told all of us that we had to repay £30 basically doubling the cost of the fare. Unless you’re sure of what you’re doing do not come here.

Thanks for making me loss my job on Friday all because you wanted more money I will be walking onto your buses from now on and not paying a penny

WISH THIS WASNT THE ONLY TRANSPORT COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY. BEYOND APPAULED BY THE BUS DRIVERS. SO RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. DO NOT GET A BUS ID WALK INSTEAD, BETTER TREATMENT ON THE STREETS FS!!!!
