Blakefields catered our wedding last June and were easily one of the best decisions we could have made! James and Nicole were absolutely fabulous the entire run up to the big day. They really listened to what we wanted and were flexible and creative with the menu. Our guests still tell us it's some of the best food they've ever had! Nicole was even kind enough to create our wedding cake! I couldn't recommend them highly enough! x

We hired Pastelle for my sister's hen do after attending one of their gorgeous supper clubs in York - they were AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully presented. The communication and service was excellent throughout. We will definitely be using them for birthdays and events in the future, and recommending them to all our family and friends!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole and her team for our wedding this July and we couldn’t recommend them enough. From our first meeting to our wedding day and every communication in between the Pastelle team were attentive and went above and beyond for us. The food was stunning, visually beautifully presented and genuinely restaurant quality, with dishes and options that you wouldn’t usually find in wedding catering. Food is a big part of our lives and we wanted something that would stand out - Nicole didn’t just deliver this, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. On the day her team were professional, put us as ease and made our guests feel completely looked after. They were a huge part of the day for us and they genuinely were an absolute joy to work with and made our wedding day truly special. We are so glad we went with Pastelle, and can’t wait to book into one of their upcoming supper clubs so we can relive the experience again!

My wife and I had Nicole in to cater for our wedding back in August and I can only apologise for not leaving a review sooner. We had an exceptional experience with Nicole & her team for our wedding. The organisation was impeccable, ensuring every detail was flawlessly executed including the run up to the event she was always on the ball and responded straight away whenever I emailed her. The staff's professionalism and politeness added a delightful touch to the celebration, nothing was too much to ask. The food quality surpassed our expectations, from the plated starters to the sharing main courses, every time I see a guest from our wedding their first comment was about how good the food was. Special attention to allergens was commendable, accommodating all dietary needs seamlessly. The dessert table was a highlight, offering a sweet finale that left our guests raving again! For something different than the usual boring wedding food look no further! Nicola and team at Pastelle provided such amazing food and service. We had so many guests say how much they enjoyed it and it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Would 100% recommend!

Superb food and fantastic evening! I went at the weekend with six friends to celebrate my Birthday at Blakefields Seafood supper club event and in honestly could not have been better. A warm friendly welcome from James and his waiting on team followed by course after course of simply delicious food! Nicole introduced each course and everything we ate was top notch. She’s a real talent in the kitchen! I am a massive foodie (hate that term, but you know what i mean) and this was heaven. I am still dreaming of the scallop ceviche and prawns with ras el hanout…to name but a few. We will definitely be going back to this cool, cosy and a little bit quirky (in all the right ways) venue soon!!! Thank you to all the team for making our evening so memorable.
