Mr Malik has been our family dentist for the last 20 years. Despite moving out of the area we choose to travel back for treatment due to the very professional systems there. Where modern spotless facilities and well trained staff exist. The practice is continuously updating with latest equipment and techniques

My wife and I have been dental patients of Dr Malik for nearly forty years. Through the years Dr Malik, his wife and staff have looked after us and our family, always offering the most professional, caring and technically up to date treatment it is possible to receive.In more recent years Dr Malik has been assisted by a wonderful dental nurse, Ausra.Together they work well and we are blessed to continue to receive such high quality care, especially as general dental care in the UK is becoming increasingly more difficult.We are so thankful for the Improveyoursmile practice and recommend it as often as we can.We pray long may it continue!Revd S & Mrs A Elman

I have been with this practice for many years and they have always been brilliant throughout. They are professional in every way. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The dentists themselves. Mr Malik, Spencer Richman, Jessica Gaviria Arango are exceptional. The dental nurses and assistants always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Explain everything that is required and make you feel anxious free and reassure you throughout. The work they carry out it excellent. They also accommodate you if you need to rearrange and do their absolute best to fit you in for urgent appointments. I would highly recommend them.

They will Happily take your money with a smile!I have been coming to this surgery for 9 years or so, only to be told that I cannot be seen at he surgery; all based on the recommendation of the receptionist booking my appointment as an emergency appointment. All a bit subjective in my opinion, either way is not a big problem.The service use to be really good a few years back but slowly they have lost their motivation from customer satisfaction to revenue. Overall they are not that bad, but for the cost I would expect better.

I have been using this dental practice for a few years. The treatment I have had has been professional, and fully planned. The staff are friendly and Dr Malik, Giedre and Ausra make a great team - explaining what they are doing and always efficient and helpful. I recommend this practice.

Visited today for the first time - I’ve always used a different dental practice in Woodford. So very glad I found this one and had my appointment today with Dr Spencer Richman. It was exceptional from the first call I made to make the appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was extremely nervous - never ever having had even a filling before or had any serious dental work done. Dr Richman was very patient and his calm manner immediately put me at ease and instilled confidence. I barely felt the needle go in and really felt the procedure could not have been done by anyone better. I am hopeful recovery is as simple.

Spencer saw my daughter for emergency root canal work. Both Spencer and nurse Iza were incredibly kind and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough - the service and care was absolutely outstanding.

My Dentist Tanisha was so detailed and most importantly gentle. I am usually scared and get anxiety seeing my Dentist. I felt comfortable and was informed of what to look out for. My Hygienist Misha was also lovely. She was also gentle and made me feel re-assured. I would definitely recommend Improve Your Smile, Woodford
