Airport was clean and tidy but the only think was you used to be able to leave your car for ten minuets without pay for it now you get no time and it costs you £3.40 I know it's not much but when your starting your holiday you don't need to worry about pay for such stupid thinks

Worst airport I've been to. The security staff are worse than American TSA. Also the self check-in stations aren't able to read passports so they don't allow you to check in. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this airport. Fly into Edinburgh and take the train up.

Overcrowded at times, poor parking facilities, odd car rental return process - you have to remember the entry code to their parking area. Lounge was only open to those who pre-booked.

This is of course a tiny airport, which is really a small one. And, of course, there are far fewer facilities than what you'll find in international hubs. However, a really big thank goes to all the employees at the airport, who are really very friendly and helpful. This also applies to the officers at passport control when entering the country, who are among the friendliest I have ever experienced - even in a global comparison. A good entry for Inverness.

As a whole good, but the easyJet queuing was a joke of disorganised plus money grabbing.

This is the Highlands, things run at a normal pace and not at TikTok / Facebook / Twitter speeds when everything is need to know / share now". A human airport where the staff still use something l call common sense. Just relax and enjoy a little airport that deals with it's passengers perfectly well. Still haven't been to another airport where the car parking is literally outside and you're on the main road within 10/15 minutes of landing. Stop

It's a small airport without the shops and facilities of large city airports. It is what it is really... Nothing special...

It's alright. Never saw it busy so was lucky. Would be a nightmare I guess when busy. Boarding the plane back to Gatwick was OK and security was run well.Watch out for their WIFI portal. I've already reported the auto ticking of boxes on the main page which is against GDPR. Oddly Purple WIFI like to give out the portal config details of the airport to any old Joe who reports issues with it. Without even asking if I work at the airport. And secure that WIFI printer. I've reported that as well which they said they'd ask their IT to sort. Could of printed anything on that or accessed the cache of previous print jobs. There are already two exploits for that printer in the wild.

Terrible airport. I would rather walk to my destination than fly through here again.
