We've used Paul before for various fixes and had no hesitation in asking him to repair a laptop with broken hinges. Paul took the laptop in straight away and the fix was perfect, and at a reasonable price. Give Paul a call, I'm sure you'll be pleased with the service, price and fix.

Paul was dealt with my computer issues, very professionally, efficiently, he was reliable, helpful and friendly. My computer was not repairable, Paul sourced a secondhand one and managed to save all my data even though it was a very difficult task as the computer was switching off after few minutes.To install and transfer data was very straight forward and very quick. Paul charged exactly what he said he will. He made himself available for any on-line help afterwards.It was a real pleasure to deal with Paul. I will definitively go back to Paul in the future if I need further IT help.

I had to send my computer to the computer hospital, Fix I.T., for a brain transplant into a new body, which I had bought in 2019, but never used - it was still in its box. Chief surgeon Paul Stacey, before doing the the transplant first upgraded the new computer so it would be super fast and then successfully did the brain transplant without the loss of a single cell. I now have the fastest computer I have ever had in my 68 years. The patient was in one day and out the next. If your computer is not well I would very happily recommend Fix I.T. and its chief surgeon Paul Stacey.

Paul was recommended by the local community; he was able to look at our very slow laptop at a day and time to suit me, offered a no-fee diagnosis and didn’t pressure me to fix the issue. I happily agreed to him fixing the laptop and it has never worked better! No more frustration over it taking hours to load up and then being slow and laggy while using it, it loads very quickly and runs like a dream; my son is delighted. We contacted Fix I.T to build a custom gaming PC for our son after his laptop had run out of space. We had lots of conversations regarding spec and things that were important for our son to improve his gaming experience. Paul made recommendations for the new monitor to ensure compatibility with the PC’s components.Within a few days, the build was complete and we were able to collect. We now have a powerful, capable, upgradable, whisper quiet PC with LED’s a plenty. Expertly built machine and the aftercare has been second to none. Would highly recommend. Our son is now thoroughly enjoying his gaming once again!

After leaving a message on the answer phone about my chrome book, I'm a lady in my 70's and don't fully understand the workings of it, I received a call back. I was told how to solve my problem over the phone and it worked!!!! I had contacted a couple of places, one wanted £45 the other £69. You will never know how grateful I am for your help and you can add another customer to your files.

Paul was brilliant, I had an upgraded SSD on my laptop but needed Paul to clone Windows etc, from old SSD. He did the work the same day and the laptop is now like new. Highly recommended.
