Booked my girlfriend an ear piercing over the phone but when I turned up they didn't have any reference of the booking very disappointing. Lady in shop was nice but just a wasted trip

My daughter had her ears pierced here and I would highly recommend it, the man sat down with us and talked through everything with me, made sure my daughter was ok and spoke to her about it all, I would highly recommend

Excellent service…took watch in for new battery under Battery for Life receipt. Replaced without charge, job done. Turned around in less than half an hour.

Went in for a strap change that ended up being very complicated due to the brand of watch. In store Callum was an absolute legend (professional. patient and all about customer satisfaction)! Would highly recommend this branch!

Had my daughters ears pierced in here today, couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Callum was great, professional, friendly and put an anxious 9 year old at ease. Good selection of earrings and incredibly reasonably priced compared to Claire’s who wanted 3 times the amount to sit in a grubby shop with an uninterested sales assistant. F hinds we’re fantastic, can’t say enough good things about our experience.

The staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. My daughter had her ears pierced and I’m so sorry I don’t have the mans name but he was so good with my daughter who was nervous and my youngest who couldn’t sit still! They even got a balloon and a ball pint pen at the end. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more relaxed experience for us all. Explained everything and provided the best after care!..would highly recommend!

We saw Callum today as my engagement ring was causing irritation. Callum was able to help us with an exchange. He took his time with getting us some rings to look at and was so patient when trying different styles. Callum was very friendly and was so kind, we spent over an hour chatting and finally found the perfect ring. We even bought another ring for my fiancé as his engagement ring! Thank you so much Callum!

Amazing service!! I had my 10 year old daughters ears pierced on Friday by Callum. He was so friendly and kind. She was very nervous, but he managed to set her at ease and relax her. He explained everything beforehand so there were no surprises. I honestly haven't been so impressed by customer service in years!! Thank you!
