After reading several excellent reviews about Nick we appointed him to complete a party wall survey as part of our loft conversion. Despite the short timescale he was confident the deadline could be met.Fortunately for us, our design developed such that a party wall survey was no longer required. Nick was really helpful in giving lots of advice and answering our questions. We ended up not needing his services but he was very pleasant to deal with and didn’t ask for any payment to cover his advice.We’ll definitely be approaching Nick again should we need a survey completing in the future.

Nick was very helpful and responsive from contact through to receiving the report. The report is very detailed with plenty of photos and was easy to understand and digest.
