Amazing I was in so much pain with my lower back I didn’t think it would ever get better. I was then told about Jo. How lucky I’m I that I did.Two treatments with Jo and the change was just unbelievable.I would fully recommend Jo without hesitation.

I have been using Jo Langton’s services for a few years now and have always been impressed with her on-hands approach, knowledge, and flexibility. I recently asked her to see my Mum who has issues with chronic pain. Jo did an amazing job of putting her at ease, working around her various disabilities, and went above and beyond in chatting to her for an hour after the session to give advise on things that might help her. Because of my Mums health, we had to move appointments around (sometimes at short notice), and Jo was really flexible with us. I would highly recommend Jo as a therapist. She always gets to the root of pain and is brilliant at signposting if she thinks you need alternative treatments.

I came across Joanna on a Google search looking for someone who specialises in lympathic massage and have been so pleased with the results. I have had 2 massages so far which have really helped my issues. Joanna is so friendly and has gone above and beyond in terms of support / messages and recommendations of additional things to use. I highly recommend her for any massage services.

Due to ongoing problems with my back and hips I have been seeing Jo for a few treatments now, Always very knowledgeable and professional and always leave feeling much better. Will definitely be back for more. Would recommend to anyone who has similar issues.

Had a sports massage off Jo due to a particular problem with my hips. She was thorough and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and by the end of the session I felt a lot better. Will definitely be booking in with her again.

Her expertise enables me to manage my chronic condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Update..I still see Jo every 2 weeks for treatment .Due to her knowledge and years of experience and knowing my body so well she is able to adapt the positions I need to be in to treat me. Amazing treatments received until rude and abrupt encounter re a last minute cancellation for my mum I booked for who suffers from anxiety etc. Did not accept my offer of taking the slot, did not accept my compensation. Did not want to resolve matters professionally. Immediately got blocked and savagely rejected. Did not accept my apologies. Never seen anyone switch so quickly over an appointment cancellation and made serious accusations. Took it to heart and personally blamed me. Don’t be fooled by the knowledge skills experience and etiquette of some people. Even a care professional can let you down and damage your mental health by ill treatment. Complete u turn. Don’t think they treated anyone else this way. Guess I was unlucky. Won’t be surprised if response to this review is more falsehood or covering up in an attempt to salvage a streak of positive reviews. Yet they won’t personally resolve any matters or apologise for their behaviour directly with me. Posted on Facebook reviews page also but got further comments of an unprofessional nature with other people joining in to attack me. Reviews have been hidden since by owner not removed by Meta as stated below. Reviews are within guidelines. All I wanted was a fair respectful way of dealing with this issue. Hope no one else experiences what I did. As a nurse practitioner myself. I didn’t see this coming from the client/therapist relationship we had. Remove or report but I will not be silenced my truth will prevail. Note that blocking and accusing clients of harassment for simply trying to communicate is NOT in any way explaining policy and reiterating right to reserve further bookings. This was never the issue for me. Communication and character conduct is key. How businesses want to provide for their livelihood is not for a client to be concerned about. It is a choice and a personal matter of their own. Deposits and payments have been offered these were refused. Relentless how misleading each response on reviews have appeared and still no direct contact to resolve with a customer.
