This Starbucks location leaves much to be desired, exhibiting a severe lack of urgency, care, and respect for customers' religious beliefs, allergies or medical conditions. The incident we encountered here highlights a critical issue: the importance of ensuring that food is prepared and served according to a customer's dietary restrictions, especially when dealing with sensitive matters like religious beliefs or allergies.My wife had placed an order for a drink and a Beyond Meat Breakfast Sandwich through the Starbucks app in an attempt to avoid the always excessive in-store queue wait times. Initially, she patiently waited for her drink, which was slightly delayed but acceptable. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when we waited an additional 20 minutes for her food.As we began to consume the food, my wife noticed that it didn't taste as expected for a plant-based" sandwich. Visited yesterday and it feels very clinical in there although it wasn’t clinical in a hygiene way. Dirty floors and uncleare tables. It didn’t have the “warmth” or a Starbucks store. Harsh lighting and bright tiled floor. Didn’t feel good.Coffee was alright but the vibe just didn’t do it for meOh and there were dogs in there and they weren’t guide dogs. Why would canines be in an eatery?Minging

Long waiting times - staff will keep a queue of customers waiting while doing something lower priority like moving cakes around in the display (not even restocking just moving stuff around! Lol). I’ve seen people turn around and walk out they waited so long. Unpleasant tone of voice when eventually serving customers. Order on the app, or better still go somewhere else.

Absolutely diabolical store. I ordered the beyond meat breakfast sandwich, waited 25 minutes for it to be heated and they gave me bacon. No apologies, no refund.

On a bit of a Starbucks mission, been to a few as usual can be a hit or miss. This visit unfortunately was a miss. The pregnant woman, didn't catch her name was so rude. Staff weren't bad but also weren't great.
