I’ve used this place a few times, and the food is great. However their website is awful, so many times it glitches and takes payment for the order which is then lost. Don’t use their website!

Disappointed with my whole experience from entering, ordering and eating the poor quality food given. The front of the shop (where orders are placed) isn't clean or inviting and being able to see clearly through into the kitchen (to see the cooks touching food with bare hands after touching their hair and noses) isn't appealing either. The food was of poor quality and, in particular, the pork balls were tough and chewy with a nasty taste.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. This is my local Chinese and I order here 1-2 times a month and I’ve never had any issues with the food. All my orders have been correct, hot and really tasty. They also have the lowest prices in Ipswich.The only issue I have ever had with this place is that it is closed on Mondays (I think) but still shows up as open on ubereats. This means you can still place orders when they are closed, but you’ll never get your food and getting a refund takes a while as ubereats aren’t the most cooperative. I always make sure to check on google to see if they are actually open before I place any orders now. Problem solved!Overall, I really recommend this place if you want a tasty and affordable meal.

Delivery time and drop off was lovely, the food was just not to a good enough standard the salt and pepper chips were fries and flavourless and the pork chow mein didn't taste of anything either, just the odd burnt bit. I don't normally write reviews like this and feel bad giving a 1 star, but was really craving a Chinese and was really disappointed, maybe it was just an off meal but unfortunately i will not be eating here again.

As always great quality!!! As it comes for some people commenting on delivery times below. I am working in delivery business and I know what costumers sometimes want their stuff here and now,but If there is dosens of orders at same time you can't physically do them all at same time. I love this Chinese takeaway place,and ordering from them for over 14 years now. They always had good quality food. Recommended!

Really unpleasant meal - I am by no means a fussy eater but this I just couldn't eat. Husband persevered but I have no doubt his following tummy ache was as a result of the meal. Chow mien tasted burnt although didn't look burnt so I have to suspect it wasn't a clean pan or reused oil, prawn toast was a greasy crust with sesame seeds and any prawn that did exist had disappeared in what I suspect was days of refrying. Chicken balls were very greasy and accompanying sweet and sour sauces came out in jelly lumps. Second time we have eaten here and same experience both times (husband forgot about the first time and bought dinner from there again tonight). I'm not normally a negative person so I will finish by saying the salt and pepper squid was nice!

Had take away and it was sooo good! I am vegetarian and I had veg curry with fried rice and my partner is fussy meat eater. He had meat. Delivered very quickly. Good portions. Both of us have been very happy with a quality of the dishes!Ordered again. Veggie Noodles and Singapore chow and chrispy beef and it was super!

I have to say I was nervous about the food once I read the reviews (which I didn’t do beforehand for some unknown reason!) although I needn’t have worried. The food arrived 5 minutes early, super hot and fresh. It’s all very tender meat and clearly fresh, they even accommodated my request for extra hoisin sauce. The curry sauce could have more flavour but it was thick unlike some reviews I’ve read had said. The chicken skewers and ribs look quite dry from the photos however they weren’t at all. Portions very generous other than the hors d’oeuvres however this being one of the cheaper Chinese takeaways I really can’t complain!Oh and an edit just to say it’s all cooked perfectly, nothing burnt or undercooked as I’d read on other reviews!

Restaurant cancelled order AN HOUR after I ordered and only after I called to chase up delivery to say they're too busy. Cancel at point of order! It was then too late for me to find an alternative.

Not open when it said they were. Rude and very bad communication. Also was threatened with a stick. I think I have been there before and the food was good. But after this I would never go again. ÌEver.. basically don't go there.
