Dr Souza is a friendly fantastic dentist, who puts you at ease with her banter. She tells you what she is doing and tells you if you need more assistance. This dentist is clean and hygienic.

I’ve been a patient at the practice since being a child and still feel well looked after 30 years on. The reception team are friendly and the dental team are caring and considerate, especially Ana who calmed any worries I had. I’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed and am pleased to be a patient here.

I said this 7 months ago and it still applies.We all enjoy a visit to the dentist don’t we?! Well I have to say this is actually so! I’ve been a patient here for around 50 years now and I’ve been well looked after throughout this time. I think I’ve seen all the current dentists at some point, all of which have been very good. I do have to call out both Ana and Rehka for being professional, skilled and who carry out their work in an informative and caring manner. They have a lovely personality and sense of humour which is a real comfort. Good to see Daniel has also returned recently for Endodontics. Big call out to for the receptionist team too particularly Lynn and Rachael for keeping me amused whilst I await my turn in the chair! Thank you all who work there.

Having been a patient of this dentist since I was a toddler- it is still just as excellent. My husband, 4yo autistic son and I visited and saw Ana. She was WONDERFUL and so patient with my son- who is non verbal. Very thorough, pleasant and professional. Jo, Lyn and Rachel on reception are also spiffing and such happy souls too! Another successful visit with my boys today. Ana & Hannah were absolutely wonderful; so patient, empathetic and very entertaining!My eldest has autism and struggles with extreme anxiety, he was terrified of dentist visits to begin with but couldn't have been happier to visit the dentist today.Everyone we encounter within the practice has shown such kindness and really make you feel at ease.The reception team are very friendly and welcoming too. We always come away saying just how lucky we are to have found such a great dentist. Thank you!!

This is a very friendly and welcoming dental practice who really do their best to make you feel relaxed before examination and treatment. I have also found all dental work carried out to be of the highest standard and any private treatment to be reasonably priced.

I have been treated at this Practice now for some 40 years plus,and the treatment I have received over this time has at all times been excellent.Hygienist Julie is always very cheerful, conversational, very professional & careful in treatment, it is, almost!, a pleasure to visit.Reception Staff are always very welcoming, and 'extract' fees in a very friendly & cheerful manner, never feel any pain!.I have recently had a veneer, my first, and the process from start to conclusion was exceptional. Ana was extremely patient and kind with some difficulty I have with procedures, and the whole process proceeded much easier than I had anticipated. Many thanks to Ana, possessing a disarming smile to put you at ease, and to her team.Most importantly, the result is first class in every respect, I am very very pleased, thank you so much.Thank you to all at this Practice, of which it is my good fortune to be a Patient of.

I recently required several fillings and a replacement crown, with a long held dread of treatment, this was going to be quite an ordeal for me. However, I was treated with such kindness and understanding by Anna and her assistant. My fears were totally dissolved by the excellent treatment and care I received. I am so grateful. Thank you so much! We are so fortunate to have this NHS practice, which I cannot recommend highly enough.

The best dentist in Norwich!Going to this practice is always a pleasure...staff are welcoming,polite and so kind and friendly.My dentist Ana is the loveliest lady.....she made me feel calm and relaxed.I was a little scared when I sat in the chair but she explained everything that was going to happen(The dreaded fillings) and reassured me all the way through that I everything was going to be ok.She was gentle and so sweet , and I came out of there so happy with my procedure and my treatment.This place is the best !I'm so thankful and appreciative yo every one of the staff.
