Just a terrible set up with poor quality operatives causing havoc with most of what they touch.I would agree with previous reviews and just *AVOID * - Then wait for Mr. Gibson's no knowledge and fake review response!

**AVOID**Unbelievably poor customer service!Was charged a call out fee for an engineer coming to the house to 'reconfigure' the hardware due to a virus. After questioning, John confirmed there were another 25 customers who had experienced the same issue due to their software being hacked. Expo-link made the decision to put the cost of this back on the customer, even though it was no fault of theirs just to try and claw some money back.John then said don't pay the invoice

The alarm is top of the range so easy to use and looks great. All left tidy after fitting cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks for an excellent service.
