Very good post office always trying to help as much as possible. I don't know why people are starting to get their anger out here on Google reviews site, but I see that very often stupid people only moan about every stupid detail instead of being happy for small things

The service can be a bit slow at times, especially when there are so many people coming in to drop off their parcels, but the customer service is top notch. I find all the staff are extremely polite and very helpful. If you need help with anything they are always willing to help out.

This is by far the best post office in Bracknell, believe me I know, I’ve tried them all. I have 3 other post offices nearer to my home, but use the Crown Wood one every time. The service is quick and friendly. The people at the desk prioritise the customer rather than chatting to colleagues !! I have tried going back to my local post offices, but come back to Crown Wood every time. Thanks for a great service.

Fantastic. It was seemingly the only Post Office open in Bracknell on Saturday, 23rd May. In fact, the Post Office at Martins is open the same time at the store, so you shouldn't have any trouble no matter what time you go!

Best post office in Bracknell definitely. So friendly, helpful and quick.My closest is technically the harmans water one but customer service there is not great at all.
